Unique Location—Downtown yet secluded, Loring Green West is tucked away on a landscaped, wooded plot at the end of its own one block, cul-de-sac.  Orchestra Hall and Nicollet Mall are two blocks away, the Convention Center three blocks, Loring Park two blocks, University of St. Thomas one block, and the Loring Greenway is just out the back door. Downtown restaurants and hotels are in walking distance.

Ample Parking— More than 50 street level parking spaces are provided for guests. Three floors of indoor heated parking, each with car wash, are available for homeowners.

Fully Staffed Building—The reception/security office is staffed around the clock, controlling building access, accepting packages, and helping homeowners. Security is enhanced by 18 strategically placed cameras covering all entrances and exits. In addition to the full-time engineering staff, three resident manager couples live in the building to assist with building maintenance and housekeeping.

You can come and go whenever you wish with complete confidence that all is well at home.

Lobby and Reception—Comfortable seating in a living room atmosphere gives homeowners a pleasant place to meet and greet guests.

Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sauna—The L-shaped indoor pool is large enough for lap swimming and is located in a glassed-in area with terrific views of falling snow in the winter, rain in spring, and a private patio in the summer. Adjacent to the pool, the large whirlpool spa provides a warm up before exercise or a pleasant place to relax. The men’s and women’s locker rooms each have a cedar sauna with a third sauna in the hallway for mixed use.

Exercise Facilities—Recently installed, club quality exercise equipment includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles, a Vectra multi-station weight training unit and flat-screen TV’s to break up exercise monotony. A separate room is available for meditation, yoga and free weights. Men’s and Women’s locker rooms include showers, lockers, and saunas.

Entertainment Center—The recently redecorated second floor entertainment center includes a pool table, bridge or other game tables, a recreational library with over 500 owner-contributed books, a large serving bar, several seating areas, and a huge flat screen TV with DVD player.

Fireside Lounge Party Room—Located at the top of the building, the three-level party room features two fire places and wonderful views of downtown Minneapolis. A large serving bar, a fully-equipped, caterer-friendly kitchen, with an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and utensils, and men’s and women’s rest rooms make entertaining easy and fun.

Guest Bed Rooms—Four second floor guest bed rooms, with kitchen facilities (refrigerator, range, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils), rest rooms, and TV may be rented by homeowners for their guests.

Workshop--The large, well-equipped workshop provides professional--quality power tools, large and small hand tools, and storage space for homeowner projects.

Greenhouse—Your plants can enjoy year-round sun in this southern exposure, glassed-in, growing area.

Tennis Courts—Homeowners have free use of our two screened-in, newly reconditioned tennis courts

Picnic Area—This shady, spacious back yard includes a pond with fountain, extensive plantings and flowers, and four separate picnic nooks each with a gas barbecue, large tables, chairs, and a serving cart.

AND—Each home has a large storage room conveniently located on the same floor. All homes have excellent sound proofing. Most have three season porches. Some have wood burning fireplaces. Comcast cable TV is included in Association dues.
